The Truss is firmly connected to the block wall construction. Opting for tie beam construction for your home provides peace of mind, ensuring that your property complies with or surpasses local building standards and regulations.

Peel and stick is attached, now our roof is waterproof and protected against rain. We use peel and stick double water system, the best way to build a roof. It gives hurricane wind warranty, Synthetic does not.

Shingles or Tiles are next. Roofers at work…. They finish the Roof.

Shingles are laid upon the waterproof Peel and stick base. We use GAF shingles, you get warranty for hurricanes. We choose Mission Brown shingles from GAF. Shingles are generally less pricey than tiles or metal roofs.
